Voice & Messaging Terms and Conditions
These Voice & Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of voice, telephony, SMS, messaging, numbering, and related communication services provided by VNOXTEL LLC (“VNOXTEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using VNOXTEL’s communication services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
VNOXTEL provides business communication and telecommunications services, which may include:
- VoIP and SIP Trunking
- Voice termination services
- Business and enterprise voice services
- Call center and IVR solutions
- DID and toll-free numbers
- A2P SMS and messaging
- Bulk SMS services
- SMS notifications and alerts
- One-Time Password (OTP) and verification messages
- HLR and number validation services
- Communication APIs and related connectivity
Service availability and features may vary depending on the destination, product, account type, network, and applicable regulations.
2. Customer Account
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, SIP credentials, API credentials, passwords, and other authentication information associated with your account.
You must immediately notify VNOXTEL if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.
3. Voice Services
VNOXTEL may provide voice connectivity through VoIP, SIP Trunking, DID numbers, toll-free numbers, voice termination, IVR, and related telecommunications services.
Voice services may support business, enterprise, call-center, customer-support, and other legitimate communication requirements.
Call quality, connectivity, CLI presentation, routing, availability, and completion may vary depending on the destination network, originating network, carrier, traffic profile, and other telecommunications factors.
4. Caller ID and Number Usage
Customers must use telephone numbers and Caller IDs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and VNOXTEL policies.
Customers must not intentionally transmit misleading, deceptive, spoofed, or unauthorized Caller ID information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authorization to use any telephone number or Caller ID presented through VNOXTEL services.
VNOXTEL may restrict, suspend, or terminate traffic involving unauthorized or misleading Caller ID use.
5. SMS and Messaging Services
VNOXTEL may provide A2P SMS, Bulk SMS, messaging APIs, SMS notifications, alerts, verification messages, OTPs, payment-related notifications, appointment reminders, and other permitted messaging services.
Messaging services may support both one-way and two-way communication where technically and legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through VNOXTEL comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, advertising, and messaging regulations.
6. SMS Consent and Opt-In
Customers using VNOXTEL messaging services must obtain appropriate consent from recipients where required by applicable law or carrier requirements.
Customers must maintain appropriate records demonstrating how and when recipients opted in to receive messages.
Customers must not use VNOXTEL messaging services to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages.
7. SMS Opt-Out and HELP
Where applicable, recipients may opt out of SMS communications by replying:

Recipients may request assistance by replying:

Customers operating SMS programs are responsible for maintaining appropriate opt-out and customer-support processes.
8. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to SMS recipients depending on their mobile carrier and mobile plan.
Customers are responsible for any applicable telecommunications, messaging, carrier, regulatory, or usage charges associated with their services.
9. Prohibited Use
VNOXTEL services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Prohibited activities may include:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Phishing or impersonation
- Unauthorized Caller ID manipulation
- Unsolicited or unlawful messaging
- Spam
- Malware or malicious communications
- Illegal financial or investment schemes
- Harassment or threatening communications
- Circumvention of telecommunications regulations
- Traffic designed to abuse or bypass carrier restrictions
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law or telecommunications regulations
VNOXTEL reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action where necessary.
10. Traffic Monitoring and Security
To maintain network security, service reliability, and regulatory compliance, VNOXTEL may monitor traffic patterns, usage characteristics, routing information, and service activity.
VNOXTEL may implement traffic controls, filtering, blocking, rate limits, or other security measures where necessary to protect its network, customers, partners, and telecommunications infrastructure.
11. Service Availability
VNOXTEL works to provide reliable communication services; however, telecommunications services depend on third-party carriers, networks, infrastructure, internet connectivity, and other external systems.
Accordingly, VNOXTEL does not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful delivery/completion of every call or message.
12. DID and Toll-Free Numbers
Where VNOXTEL provides DID, local, mobile, or toll-free numbers, the availability and continued use of such numbers may be subject to numbering regulations, carrier policies, geographic restrictions, and regulatory requirements.
Customers may be required to provide identification, business information, address information, or other documentation before a number can be activated or maintained.
13. Billing and Payments
Customers are responsible for all applicable charges associated with their VNOXTEL account and services.
Charges may include, where applicable:
- Voice usage
- SMS usage
- DID or number rental
- Toll-free numbers
- Setup or activation charges
- API or platform usage
- Other applicable service fees
VNOXTEL may suspend services where an account has an overdue balance or otherwise fails to meet applicable payment requirements.
14. Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for using VNOXTEL services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where they originate, terminate, or deliver communications.
This includes applicable requirements relating to:
- Caller ID
- Voice communications
- SMS and A2P messaging
- Consent and opt-in
- Privacy
- Telemarketing
- Do-not-call requirements
- Numbering
- Telecommunications licensing
- Fraud prevention
15. Third-Party Networks
VNOXTEL may use third-party carriers, operators, network providers, and telecommunications partners to provide connectivity.
Service availability, pricing, routing, quality, and delivery may therefore be affected by third-party network conditions and policies.
16. Suspension or Termination
VNOXTEL may temporarily suspend or terminate services where there is:
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Unauthorized traffic
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable law
- Non-payment
- Security concerns
- Carrier or regulatory requirements
Where appropriate, VNOXTEL may request additional information or documentation before restoring services.
17. Privacy
VNOXTEL may collect and process information necessary to provide, maintain, secure, bill, and support its communication services.

18. Changes to These Terms
VNOXTEL may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its services, technology, business practices, regulatory requirements, or applicable laws.
